This also includes medical marijuana. 3. Violate the drug free zone that has been established by PAYD at any or all of their events. This includes being under the influence of any alcoholic beverage. 4. Always operate within the code of conduct, rules and fair spirit of your sport and instruct the kids to do the same. 3. Always ensure that the time kids spend with you as coach is a positive experience. All kids are deserving of equal attention and opportunities. 4. Ensure that sporting equipment and facilities meet safety standards and are appropriate to the age and ability of all players. 5. Display control, respect and professionalism to all involved within the sport. This includes opponents, coaches, officials, administrators, the media, parents and other spectators. Encourage players to do the same, be a great role model. 6.
