Cheerleading Registration

To register and submit a credit card payment via the web:

  1. Fill out the form below
    • All fields that are marked with a * are mandatory fields
  2. After filling out the from click the ‘Continue to Payment’ button
    • You will then be taken to our payment processing page
  3. Type in your credit card number, card expire date (MM/YY), and the 3 or 4 digit CVV number located on the back of the card
    • To avoid processing issues, verify all credit card information is entered correctly before clicking the ‘Pay’ button

Please note: Any uniforms or protective gear that is provided by the Premier Athletics must be returned in good condition at the end of the season. Uniforms are defined as the following: Jerseys, football pants with pads, and/or singlets. Protective gear is defined as the following: Helmets, shoulder pads, and/or cleats.

To avoid payment processing issues, please verify all credit card information is entered correctly before pressing the ‘Pay’ button.

After a successful registration and payment has been submitted you will receive a ‘registration successful’ message and a receipt will be e-mailed to the e-mail address used during registration.
