2019/2020 Wrestling Season Update
With our 2019/2020 wrestling season fast approaching; We would like to take a minute to welcome Head Coach Travis Myrkle to our Kalamazoo Premier Wrestling Club family!!
Coach Myrkle is backed with 5+ years of coaching at the high school level along with MYWAY coaching experience. Coach was a 3-year varsity wrestler in high school. Over a 6-year time-frame, he has fought MMA and studied Jiu Jitsu. Coach Myrkle is also a 13-year, combative certified, ARMY vet.
When Coach was asked about his coaching style; he replied, “My coaching style is discipline, respect, and overall FUN…. Always trying to grow the sport and help kids become successful in life; not just wrestling.”
Coach Myrkle will bring a wealth of knowledge and some fresh ideas.
